Their prices were fair. However the girls there are VERY RUDE!!!!!! I had questions about the packages and they were very RUDE!!! I would NEVER tan there again. You can get the same prices at a different tanning salon. They only give you a few mins to tan and if your doing lotion you better have it on by the time you get there....AWFUL customer service!!!!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVED my experience at Totally Tan. I went to the grand opening and the entire staff was there...they were all really wonderful ESPECIALLY Sierra, she took extra time to explain products and services to me!! And they went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. They set me up with the most amazing UV free session I have ever had. I didn't feel at all uncomfortable because of the professional and efficient manner with which they impart their services. They even gave my friend a free high pressure tan while she waited, just for coming in with me! I live 45 minutes away and I have committed to making the drive just because of the superior service and product knowledge of the staff of TOTALLY TAN!!!!!!!
