At JCPenney CO Inc - White Marsh Center-Baltimore Md- Salon you could tell they knew what they were doing because they used good brands of shampoo and conditioner on my hair. JCPenney CO Inc - White Marsh Center-Baltimore Md- Salon's staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. JCPenney CO Inc - White Marsh Center-Baltimore Md- Salon was absolutely amazing and makes others in the same field look like beginners! JCPenney CO Inc - White Marsh Center-Baltimore Md- Salon always has an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
