At fiat I would give this place a 2. When I first waked in the receptionist was nice. But, the other stylist where talking and laughing very loud. It was very distracting. I noticed their business license hanging on the mirror right away when I set down. It made me feel more comfortable about seeing Zeno. I didn't really like the way there waiting room is set up. I was really happy to be treated so well by the hair stylist Zeno ; he was very caring . I waked in with fried hair from another salon and 1 week before my wedding and he took care of my hair and he was honest with me and did not try to sell me 101 types of product. I went to this salon for the first time in September of 2013 and as I stated before I didn't like the salon, but I really liked the stylist so I continue going . My stylist went away for a few months and I did my hair with another girl Adele and she was very good also and gave me the same attention as my stylist. I felt comfortable with her. I have noticed that management has improved since I first went to this salon. I would recommend going to one of these two stylist ... I can't say about the others because I only know the type of job these two professionals work.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. And when I asked for my money back for a really bad dye job(think gray highlights), the owner refused.
