The salon is great...staff are friendly etc. However, I asked for lighter highlights in my hair....I now have an ugly greenish, yellowish dirty water color for hair. the girl who did my hair said my hair pulls out the lowlights and she cant get it lighter. It was lighter when I went in....she totally screwed up and when she noticed it and knew I was not happy, she wouldn't fix it. She should have fixed it at that moment. Nope can't get me in for 3 more days! Never ever will I go back. Maybe to one of the other stylists but NEVER to this one. Are you serious? If you screw up someones hair fix it right then and don't give them some bull story about how they cannot get your hair lilghter....my hair is blonde by itself! Now I am going to have to find someone decent to fix it.
