I took my s on a couple of times, to get his hair cut...Both times, he had requested a "buzz".....Oddly, ths lady cutting his hair, left a considerable amount on the top....Concequently, it put me in the unfortunate position of having to complain and go back, to get it done, to the original specifications.....I was surprised, when the supervisor, made numerous excuses, as to why they would not correct the roblem, and then proceeded, to blame it on the fact that it was done, the week before, and therefore, too late to re do the cut.....Funny, when she told me to wait until the Tuesday, (march 24) t get back to her, as she would be away at a meeting, and would call me then, which is today...I decided to go in person, as I had to go to Walmart......The girl, at the desk, said her boss would do it, but I would have to pay again, minus two dollars....I said I didn't feel we should have to pay twice, for a hair cut that wasn't done the way he had asked....My son, immediately turned around and left the store, not saying anything, as I believe he was embarrassed.....He doesn't like confrontations, or to complain....However, I felt that, if it wasn't what he wanted....and he wasn't happy with the way it lookd, something should have been done. Later, I asked....What ever happened to "we aim to please, the customer, and the customer is always right? Insteda the supervison went on to use the mistake that was done with my coloring, which was also done, by the same person)...They even admitted, that they had failed to update his card, as he had to come back the las time, when they failed to gie him a buzz, and had also left a half of inch of hir on the top before....What made, everything worse, is...they tried to say that, I opted, out for a pre treatment, before my hair being colored, as it didn't take...I had never heard of something like that being done, as I don't know anything about coloring hair...Another girl, took her side, and also lied, about my saying I didn't want it done....I couldn't believe it....It was plain to see that they were all in" co hoots", so to speak...Set another thing...something to do with "products" I supposedly bought...I reminded her that I had never bought any products, there, because, there were no prices, on the items, I was interested in, and I had to wait, so long for them to try to find them, on line.....Later, that night when I was called back, I found her to be quite rude to me, by, making untrue statements, concerning the time we were allowed to have something fixed.....When it was her who had told me to wait until today, as she was going to be away, and she would have to re do, the hair cut..... The whole, experience was not a pleasant one, and we have n intention of ever wanting to return, sad to say.....Normally, I would never had had my hair colored, there, as I have someone else, that I usually have do it, but, she had been unable to, and I had an event to go to the following day....My hair, is normally, a medium brown, and I cam out of there looking very "goth" like....I am, 67 years old, and by no means young, but it was obvious, that because she had to do a second layer, it came out looking, almost, black....I was shocked, to say the least....But to have them, all get together, and make up excuses, about what happened, to cover for themselves, was appalling! The smirks, eyes rolling, and snide remarks, I heard, when they thought I couldn't hear, were insulting....My son and I both, had our hair done at the same time, and had no idea, that something other than what we both expected, would be done....Then, after, everything, was said and done..... they had the nerve, to try ad turn the blame around back on both of us.......The woman I tipped..... , of what she had done.... was supposed to know about coloring than I would.....I felt rushed during the second coloring involving the process of what was being done. Neither, myself...nor my son, deserved, to have happen to us that was done....especially when it was the lady who had cut his hair and colored, mine.... BOTH she ultimately, messed up on both of our services, then denied any.... wrong doing, on her part....and the other girls, all rallied to defend her.....I believe, that the, lady that did my coloring, and tried to re do it, failed to say anything, about it being a couple of shade darker. She owed it, to me to let me know, as I wouldn't have allowed her to do it...We were there for "three hours", to top it all off....My phone number is....603-357-1372, if you would like to call me....to explain anything.
