I recently visited this spa for massage and facial, I had a complex feeling for this treatment, how ever massage was great but facial was very disappointment. The ad said you get a "compete analysis, thorough cleansing, steaming, ... " but i did not get any steaming beside some hot towel on face. also the therapist done a slap job (the reason said this is because she is not very carefully clean the stuff she put on my face, its lead my forehead itch burnt and my hairline had a couple red breakout after I got home.) flowing 2 or 3 days I am actually try so hard to calm my forehead by myself. Also i would like say "too heavier hand" I felt they use the brush to clean my face is rather too tough, special to delicate eye area, I mean NEAR under-eye area. from those neglect skills I would like to say that they need get stuff more update education about face skin care. I felt even I did not have a title be a skin therapist but will definitely do a better job than what I was treated. I am a very educated skin care person and frequently facial goer ,I am think that it is does NOT matter how many years you did this job , it is matter how much love you melt in there and care you put in there that make you distance from other normal so so therapist.
I am very regret do facial there, but I will happy to go back for massage.
