My mother was told, on the phone, that a shampoo and blow dry would be thirty dollars. She is elderly and from out of town and was looking forward to having her hair done. I dropped her off. Later, she told me the stylist was kind and very polite. She began to 'consult' my mother about her hair. After her hair was done mom was told that" 'the consultaion' would would be an extra forty dollars!" My mother was very very upset and I should have gone in to get this money back but my mother begged me not to, so I let it go. I will never forget the upset this caused my mother and me and how it 'dragged down' our visit together. Be leary.

No, its really far from the freeway and other shops

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Did the stylist spend extra time washing your hair?
The stylist quickly washed my hair, but she/he didn't go above and beyond.
