While they do take my weight loss goals into account, they are not focused on looks or physical appearance at all. This trainer is fitness-oriented, and wants me to be healthy and physically fit first and foremost. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. When they were demonstrating the exercises, they made it look so easy. Every move was explained to me in detail, and we went over the exercises multiple times so that I could fully understand the proper form. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The equipment they use here for their work outs looked brand new. Everything was very well taken care of and in excellent condition.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
