They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I recognized the shampoo and conditioner used at Salon Depot as some of the best brands on the market. They are used by the top stylists in the country. I was so impressed by how caring and attentive they were. They were happy to help me right away with whatever I needed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
