I visited Kate @ Studio One Salon to get my hair colored highlighted and cut , She was very professional and inviting as well as the fun decor of the 1940's/50's....The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. My colors turned out amazing, and she used a razor to cut my hair leaving it full of volume and looking like I spent a ton of money , when actually she was very affordable !!! I will be going back for sure ! Thanks Kate & the rest of the girls Studio One !

I prepaid for a mani-pedi with Kate and literally had no idea someone could be this unprofessional. I came in and had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled time even to begin., When she did start my pedi her boyfriend showed up, and instead of finishing my pedi (not to mention my mani) she ran out of time and said if I came back next week she'd do another pedi and upgrade my mani. Since then she's rescheduled me 4 times, 2 of which she didnt let me know that she couldnt make it until 10 minutes before the appointment time. Im writing this one off as a loss of time and money, but I hope no one else has to deal with this girl.
