I don't feel like Jay listened to my perspective at all. He had already come to a conclusion about me before I had the chance to speak my mind. He is very black and white and extremely judgmental as if everyone's realities should fit in to this little box he has created in his own mind. I have never experienced more biased and rude advice in my life than after my session with this counselor. It was so unhelpful and I would have been better off just talking to ANYONE else. I would not recommend this counselor to anyone and I truly believe he should not be in practice. DO NOT waste your time or your loved ones.
