Jayme Albin, MA, Ph.D
Dr. Albin received her Ph. D in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Health Psychology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine /Yeshiva University, her Masters in Development Psychology from Columbia University and her BBA in Banking and Finance, Cum Laude with High Honors from Hofstra University.
Currently Dr. Albin practices privately in a Manhattan based institute where she specializes in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, such as adjustment disorder, phobias, OCD, panic, social anxiety, depression and bi-polar disorder, as well as body and self image problems, attention and concentration deficits and addictive and impulsive behaviors. Dr. Albin practices from a Behavioral Medicine approach with an overall emphasis on improving overall well being, increasing happiness, motivation, performance and health. The goal is to go beyond symptom relief to enhance ones overall lifestyle through active goal setting and an achieved sense of balance in areas of mental, physical and emotional functioning.

She appeared on the Montel Williams Show, as an expert in the area of anxiety and phobias, where she helped a young phobic begin to approach life and conquer her fears.
