I specialize in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (PNMT), which uses precise soft tissue manipulation techniques for dysfunction and pain caused by misalignment of the body by the muscular skeletal system. Misalignment or distortions may be caused by muscle imbalance, which are caused by poor posture, repetitive movement patterns, and/or trauma. Restoring weight bearing equality and symmetry are essential for good health, which is why it is so important to bring people into neutral balance alignment!

I have taken eight Precision Neuromuscular Therapy seminars (Head & Neck, Upper Extremity, Spine & Thorax, Lower Extremity, Form & Function, Advanced Soft Tissue Therapy for TMJ Pain & Dysfunction, Precision Neural Mobilization, and a distance education course on Whiplash) in an effort to help people become pain-free.

I also am certified as an Advance Grief Recovery Method Specialist with the Grief Recovery Institute.
