You just know a serious professional when you see one. Dr. Ofori (and his assistant) meet the definition.

Our optometrist recently retired, and I was referred to him by our GP when higher level treatment was needed for a viral infection. He got me that same day.

Several months later, we decided to see him for our annual checkups & prescriptions; he was very good with the kids (both under 10).

FWIW, he is an opthamologist, rather than an optometrist. Both write prescriptions and treat diseases, opthamologists are also surgeons.
