They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I am a migraine suffer and was thrilled that they have not perfume or cologne policy, it made my visit so much nicer. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I knew I was going to get top-of-the-line treatment after hearing Dr. Martinez speak at latest National Parkinson Conference in Laguna HIlls, and how they were incorporating the latest techniques in med management and knowledge into the practice. It was nice to see the mutual respect among the medical staff. It quickly became very obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I look forward to long relationship with this office.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. And, that's where the professioanlism stops!! Completly condesending doctor and staff. They do not tknow the meaning of the words urgent, respect, or empathy, much less 'sympathy'!! Do not waste your time here; keep looking!!
