Dr. Chang has a fine practice located in the perfect place on Sunset Blvd, in the heart of things Beverly Hills.

He is thoughtful, reassuring with a calming voice that soothes my panic condition.

I would highly recommend him—I believe he is royal prince from Taiwan doing what he loves most, helping people psychiatrically in the modern world.

Try to get in his sight at Insight Choices, which was the name of his practice for a while.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their office was easy enough to locate. I didn't have too much trouble finding it. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
