With the back problems I had, almost any physical activities that I did would cause pain. Before coming to Tami Olson for muscle therapy I tried to correct my issue with physical therapy and acupuncture. Both did not help my injury. Since coming to Tami Olson, my injury is steadily improving and I have been able to do more and more physical activities. I am even back in the gym and getting back in shape. -- J. Sturla

As a competitive cyclist, Tami has been instrumental in helping me recover from two injuries and has also greatly improved my capacity to benefit from intense training. Through her trigger point therapy massage sessions I've increased my flexibility and range of motion, which has helped me find new power and has reduced my recovery times. I would highly recommend her!
