It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
