THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR AT ALL! They have NOT done anything their RN (MOLLY) stated they going to do... We called for an RN to come in (late night/earlymorning) as our family member advanced (WHICH WE WERE PROMISED) the RN MAX RUIZ made every excuse not to come over to assess the patient. Then when he finally arrived, his first respond is " IT'S NOT MY CONCERN" before he even checks patients vitals...REALLY!!! NO COMPASSION WHAT SO EVER!
