Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave.
