My wife was on Hospice for incurable-cancer and started bleeding. I called the Hospice nurse who was quick at coming to our home, The male nurse said my wife should drop out of Hospice for the night and visit Beaumont's ER and she could sign back into Hospice care the next day. This was a lie on his part, My wife had to go on Palliative Care and her pain is becoming very bad and her meds were low. Her doctor would not prescribe the strong meds that are needed,. The Palliative nurse was kind and tried to help my wife the best she could. She saw that my wife's pain was getting worse and suggested my wife go back on Hospice do to the pain getting worse. It has been a week and no one has contacted us, The doctor does not even know what the hold-up is. A person should never give someone no hope and leave them hanging. This is just cruel.

Have had the worst experience so far with them, since MY SISTER put my MOM into this HOSPIC program behind my back!!!!!!!! The worst! HOSPIC wasn't even made aware that MY MOM has 5 children, not just 1!!!!!!!!!! The whole process was done, very, very poorly, and quite honestly, not by the rules and regulations!!!!!!!!!!!
