It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure.
