Small, many old people, only one squat rack which quickly gets used for upper body lifts (not much staff can do granted). Say they are month to month payments, but u need to give them ur banking account/routing numbers?! Yea right!! I opted to just pay cash for a few months and they finally said if I don't give them my bank info I need to pay about $10 to $15 more a month. Which is garbage. Tried to talk it out with the staff but they don't cooperate very well and don't really care abut he customers and come off very bull headed. Never get a personal trainer here unless u have a hard time counting for urself. The hours aren't great, but u get what u pay for. I hate contacting the staff for anything as they usually can't help me, and I've been left waiting for someone that works there at the front desk for long amounts of time. The equipment is fairly new with plenty of cardio and free weight items. But the staff and management are garbage beyond belief. You have been warned!!
I feel like my appointment was pointless. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I went in yesterday after being told they could not give me costs over the phone. That's bull save me time and gas from going clear across town only to find out that I would not be joining. Their fees are $29 a month for gym and unlimited tanning which will be going up because they're getting new super fast beds taking some of the relaxation out of tanning. You pay first and last months fees plus taxes plus a set up fee. Then they hit you with a yearly maintenance fee of $29 which you have to pay even if you haven't been there a month. They don't have showers its cramped in there and there's windows every where so people in the shopping center can see you working out. They get enough money from every member to cover the cost of maintaining their equipment and cleaning of the facility. Would have cost me over $100 for the first month. In my eyes its another way to gouge the consumer. Save your gas your time and money by not going here. Also you can't contact their corporate office no one has their number and they wont give you their email address.
