I have been a member for several years. I was stuck with a contract and have tried several times to cancel it. Now that the contract has reached the end, they are still billing me. I have spoken to Neil, Becka, Abby and Michele and have ALWAYS gotten the run around. I have left messages for Mike (owner) with NO response. I actually walked into the West Ashley location to find him. No one knew where he was. Imagine my surprise when I saw 4 studios, LOTS of NEW equipment and proper ventilation. I was always told by staff that they couldn't get new equipment in the Summerville location. The AC often goes out. Especially for the Summerville location. The Summerville location is just an after thought for this facility and I feel like this company is full of liars. Walk AWAY! It's just NOT worth the frustration. Pivotal scored a F for the Better Business Bureau. Wish I had seen that before signing my contract. This business has absolutely SHAMEFUL business practices!
