Comp Rehab is far the best PT in Wilson!!! The staff makes you feel like your family especially the front office once you walk in the door. The PT/PTA's are very informative & help with all my needs. If you need to get on your feet with every day activities this is your place!!!!

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
However, if you are doing physical therapy after a car acccident,etc... and you have an attourney ask your attourney to send them a letter of representation. Do not pay any money up front ,even if a staff member tells you that after the insurance company pays them Comprehensive Rehab will refund ALL of the money you paid (in good faith) it is not true. Management will find some way to keep a portion of that money, even if the original paperwork you filled out says your injury is due to a car accident , you talk openly to staff about the process of your litigation or the facility is faxing progress notes ,etc... to your attourney. After complaining about the company keeping money they are not entitled to. After bringing attention to the fact that they had to know the case was in littigation because they were faxing information to your attourney, Managment will unbelievably say " an attourney may request information for any number of reasons !!!" The reason my star rating is so low is because one bad incident with a company can make the whole experience feel terrible !!
