They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Armida Ramirez is very sweet, intelligent and patient with you when you're explaining all your ailments. She even picks up on things before you tell her!
