I'd like to recommend this gym to anyone who is within the area.
It is a clean, friendly place where everyone can feel comfortable.
Rates are very reasonable. Equipment is available for a variety of interests. There is plenty of cardio equipment to use, weight machines and free weights, a women's only zone, a separate section for power lifting and bodybuilding. Members are very experienced and willing to assist you. Experienced trainers are available to assist you. Daily classes are free with membership and are held at convenient times.

Nice gym, friendly environment, good value.
