I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their customers than here.
