I have two rescue kittens that I take here, and have since I moved here in 2010. I've never seen a gentler nor more knowledgeable staff in my years of owning pets. Wish there were more animal clinics like this! They answered every question I had, and even after my older kitten got spayed, she wasn't defecating and as soon as I called and explained, they set aside medicine for her, knowing I wouldn't get off work until much later that afternoon. Wonderful people!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are all caring and responsible. We have stayed with Dr. Perrett for over eleven years and completely trust him and everyone there! Highest recommendation given.

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
