I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They offered the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. It was unbelievable how gentle Dr Mel, the vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for Dr. Mel, but a passion and purpose.
