The staff is great, however, Judy Brooks likes to charge you for things that you don't ask them to do, such as trimming toenails. Which they charge $14.00 for...absolutely ridiculous. I can trim my dogs toenails by myself. I didnt notice the charge until i was in the car, which is my fault, but I felt it was unprofessional. I was glad to hear Judy is retiring. She was ok, I like her staff a lot better.
