Front desk personnel were rude. They were rude when I made the appointment and the rudeness continued through the bill paying process. I waited 30 minutes in the office beyond my appointment time...and my dog was just getting shots. Last year my dog weighed 25.6 and the vet told me she was a perfect weight, this year she weighed 24.8 and he tells me she is overweight... Really??? The prices have also increased dramatically ...more pay for more rudeness I guess. I won't go back...

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. One thing I liked about this vet was that they definitely care about the comfort of the pet owner, because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
