I've gone to Dr. Henry for years, and I think that he's great, along with his very friendly wife. My issues just came about recently. My file has been lost, and every time that I go in there now, they look for 5 minutes for my Dog's file and they can't find it. And then they look at me like i'm some stranger off of the street or that I'm the reason the file is missing. All i know is I go in one day, and they have my dog's file with all of the pertinent information, and then the next time it's missing. My thing is, can't they just start a new file, so next time that I or my wife go in, we don't have to wait an extra 5 minutes, and cause the other people in the waiting room to get impatient because I'm holding them up, all on account that they've misplaced my file. The last three times that I've been in there, this is what happens. It's just getting old. Also, and this just makes matters worse, we needed to swing by there this week and get heart medication for our dog. So I call and double check that they have the medication, which they do, and of course they tell me that they can't find me in their system, flash forward 5 minutes later and I ask them when they close, they say 7 PM. So at 5 pm, I get off of work, come all the way from Carmel to Greenwood, get there at 6 PM, and no one is there. Their hours on the door clearly state 7 PM, I was told by the man on the phone 7 PM, yet here I am, the only one in the parking lot. I put off other things that evening just so i could get the heart medication for the dog, was told that they were open at 7, and nobody was there. These two issues, have really got me concerned about their organization as a company. I'm still going to go there, because I love Dr. Henry, but if one other issue happens, then I will be taking my business elsewhere.
