DO NOT USE!! Dr. Jones is a thief and distorts the truth (i.e. he lies)

My dog's (Mr. Mojo) ear was swollen and I took him in for a visit. His ear needed surgery to fix the issue (fluid retention, similar to cauliflower ear in people). All seemed well after the surgery, but after a couple of days I noticed that there was a hole in his ear. I called the vet and they said it was for drainage and it was normal. I took him in for the follow up visit and was told the hole wasn't normal and the ear needed another surgery. I was told I caused the issue because I cleaned the ear too soon, before the swelling decreased.

I told the Dr. I called and told them I noticed the hole AFTER the swelling went down and I did not cause this. After much arguing, he said they would fix the hole, but I would have to pay for an emergency visit and supplies. However, he wouldn't charge me for this time. WOW, that saved me a bunch (sarcasm).

I was able to find another vet to finish the poor job, but the entire process was double what it should have cost.
