I had my kitten fixed here. The day I went to get her one of the staff brought her out to me plopped her on counter and turned and walked away without a word. The Second night home with her the one stitch in her stomach busted and you could see her insides. I called the vet on call and it took him 2-3 hours to call me back by that time my husband, a Friend, my son, and myself had to hold her down and disinfect and super glue strips to close the wound. When he did call he said I was one to that done surgery and I put 2 stitches in which he didn't. Then I asked if he could see her and said I could take her to Evansville or bring her in the next day. What's the point of having a vet on call if it takes them so long to call back or won't go to office to see the emergency. I will never go back to them nor will I send them patients. I actually would have given NO stars if I was able too.

Great staff, excellent care, do not recommend unnecessary test or specialist. They have always had our pets' best interest, as well as cost to us, in mind. After trying other vets in the Hopkinsville/Madisonville area, I would certainly recommend this place.

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
