They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
