They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
