No one in reception smiles or welcomes you when you enter the business. They just stare at you and wait, and I felt like I was bothering them with my patronage.
The vet techs are haughty and snippy.
The vet knows what she's doing and seems experiences. However, her indifference towards her job and your pet is off putting, as is her tolerance of her techs snarky attitude.
The office is clean, organized, and presentable. They work quickly and give you good take directions.
