We are a two doctor small animal practice that specializes in all aspects of health care for you pets. Boarding, surgery, dentistry, radiology, wellness and geriatric services are all available to help you in maintaining a happy healthy pet. Our health care team is headed by Dr. Kenneth Jeanes, DVM and Dr. Tracy Connelly, DVM both graduates of Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Jeanes has 20 plus years experience in small animal medicine and surgery in the Jackson area. Our associate veterinarian, Dr. Connelly has been in practice for over 10 years and has experience in both private practice and emergency/critical care. We have grooming available by appointment to provide your furry friend a well deserved day of beauty to keep him/her looking and feeling their best. All of our boarding facilities are climate controlled and under the watchful eye of our dedicated kennel manger. We look forward to caring for you beloved pet and having you join the Northtown family!

I had made an appointment to get my German Shepherd a medicated bath with the actual Vet. He told me they needed to keep him for several hours after his bath in case he had a reaction. I was told to bring him in at 730 sharp so they had time to bathe him and wait the allotted time. I was to pick him up at noon, when they closed.
Nobody showed up until 8. When i returned at noon the Vet displayed confusion as to why my dog was there. He got more and more agitated, telling me that he had already told me they had to keep him all day. They didn't bathe him. They left him in the kennel all morning, untreated. I got upset with the way his voice kept rising over mine. Finally i enough of being shouted at, and demanded my dog. The Vet banged his hands down on the counter and screamed at me that i was crazy, i was crazy and get the hell out.

The veterinarian did this. Screamed at me. Called me crazy and told me to get the hell out. It was the most unstable reaction I've ever seen in my life. I would NEVER trust such an unhinged person with the life of my dog. EVER. I'm so in shock right now. I can only hope someone reads this before going to see them!!!

We have been using this vet through several animals. Their staff is very friendly and professional -- and compassionate to both the animals and people. If you have a higher than room temperature IQ, you will have no trouble finding it. Google maps is spot on.

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

It was some of the best pricing I have seen

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.
