When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here.

This was my first visit to BVC and I will be going back. Their prices were very fair, the staff and DVM who saw my Pit Bull was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and spent a good amount of time discussing my dogs health with me. They are very accommodating as well. I would recommend bringing pets here, as everybody else who was bringing their animal in seemed to be at ease, and happy to have their animal in the right, caring hands.
