pre covid AAA+++. post covid the sturnover has been almost 80 %. you are now a number ( not that they ever use it to call you) and not a name. personal touch and consideration are a thing of thee past. they have a marginal individual managing the office. she know nothing of veterinary medicine but the new staff bow to her every demand. dr meloy, the owner couldn' t care less.. dr mcneil, who works the clinic, just does as he is told. sad really. used to be a decent practice.

One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
