My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They aren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I was pretty unimpressed with their service.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
