It is hard enough to decide to put a beloved family member down-and given a price for that( plus cremation) THEN finding out "cremation" DOES NOT include the remains being given back to us,NOT UNLESS we handed out $35,00 more,on top of the cremation fees.We find that out as we are there for our pets final moments.WHY didn't they inform us of this BEFORE????We COULD have planned extra money for the remains to be given back to us.WE were NOT given that information BEFORE hand.SO we had to leave the remains where ever they decide to throw them away.I am heart broken and VERY VERY upset.HOW dare they treat "INHUMANLY" the HUMANS who loved their furry family members?????HOW COLD AND MONEY HUNGRY CAN ANYONE BE?WHY MISLEAD PEOPLE INTO BELIEVING THAT CREMATION ALSO INCLUDE THE RETURN OF THE REMAINS?????
