They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. walking into the office you smelt the clean scent as soon as you opened the door, i did have to wait a little for the dr. To arrive but the girl there kept talking to myself and my children. She even offered to watch the kids as i went in with my puppy. As i went in for myy second visit the girl offered my children crayons and a coloring book. Dr. B and his staff are wonderful, i would highly recommend this duo to anyone who truly loves their animal
