This vet was recommended by a colleague for being friendly, helpful and affordable. Imagine my surprise when, upon learning my dog had recently had a physical exam, she REFUSED TO SEE HIM when I requested she waive the exam and associated fee, provided I furnish her with his recent check up and charting information. As there are few choices for animal care providers where we live, I am very disappointed with her refual for service. I am a newly relocated working professional with an infant child and need to conserve my income to make ends meet. It is too bad this vet was unwilling to work with me simply because I requested a reconsideration of fees.
