Dr. Diane Stenzler has the worst attitude I have ever seen. She is beyond rude. I got into a literal verbal argument and felt very pressured and scared of this woman. I didn't want to put my 18 1/2 year old dog under anesthesia for minor dental work and she told me that I "Should not be able to own an animal." This woman has severe mental issues. I took her to Airmont animal hospital and guess what, she does not need dental work. He said if she was younger she could use a cleaning but would not risk it at her age. I can not recomend anyone to go see this quack.

My dog Cookie had a chronic ear infection and two other vets said she would be doomed to suffer for the rest of her life. A friend of mine referred me to Dr Diane Stenzler and I am so glad I went. The Doctor determined that the infection was due to a food allergy and after proper treatment and a successful food trial, the infection was cured and Cookie is a happy dog again.

They took the time to explain to me what was wrong with cookie and how to treat her. The Doctor and staff was very compassionate to Cookie's suffering and took the time to figure out what the problem actually was.

Cookie and I are so grateful to this hospital for being able to find a cure where others couldn't!

I had to wait for a little while.

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

They gave me some advice but I didn't find it helpful
