I have been going to South Towne for nearly 20 years and have recommended them to others several times. Vets are very knowledgeable and supportive, willing to listen and to offer advice. They are also willing to work around difficult financial conditions. They have made referrals to specialists when necessary and called ahead to clear the way. They have remained in contact with Cornell when I had a dog in ICU there. Cornell was more than impressed with their diligence, even on a Sunday faxing records, and continued follow-up. I am very comfortable going there, and trust them completely.
