It probably wont ever reach anyone, but I was extremely disappointed with the staff and how this vet is run now, so I wanted to voice my opinion to hopefully discourage new clients from going to this vet. My family has gone to them for 20 years and apparently they have gotten too "corporate" for their own good. It is not about the customers anymore, just about tricking people out of their money. I was always treated like a child and they were very condescending. They quoted me a price and then almost doubled it when I went to check out. They don't take responsibility and left me feeling completely disrespected. Vets in general are like car mechanics, I thought this one was different, I guess not...
