I love Dr Shong, Dr Rockwell and staff! It is obvious how much everyone here works as a team...like one big family and you can tell how much the staff respected the Doctors. I have been brining my animals here for 14 years and they are the most professional, competent, compassionate people i have ever met! They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places! I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. We had a job transfer that moved us over 2 hours away and I still bring my animals here...I would never go anywhere else! They are such a blessing!
