Took animal in there and animal was treated good, but vets are very unfriendly in some way as how to talk to the owner, brought a letter stating what I feed the dog and so forth to give information to vet was really not interested in looking at the paper. Tried to talk to girl that helped the vet and she did not even talk but was very good with dog. Vet spent a lot of time with me talking about what to do about dogs health, no problem there.

Went to check out and another guy that treated my dog the first time I came in was up front and I told him I would have to move my pickup to the other door, that the front door was broken, I never saw a sign on it but could of missed seeing it. I told him my dog which weighed almost 80 was not leased trained and I needed to move truck closer to the door to get him in. He was really rude and said you are going to leave the dog in here and I said yes for a minute. I moved truck and he held the dogs lease which he just sat at the door did not brother anything. Instead of asking me can i help you with him he just walked away. I went to pay out and I had a bag of canned dog food, purse, and a 80 lb dog to contend with to get in the truck, wind was blowing also. I had to take dog out and leave bag of dog food on floor. I felt like the vet could of offered to help me I am 70 but he just took my money and that was it. I came back in and told him they needed to take the passage from the bible down from store because they sure did not know what it meant. I told him I would never come in again. I have two dogs that I keep up with all shots, heart worm meds and so forth, lost money there.

I dont understand how young guys can be so rude and not see to help anyone. My help was out of town and my dog got sick and I had to do my best to help him.

Vets are very good with animals but have no social skills with people and I am looking for both in a vet, because when I feel comfortable my dog feels okay.

Lady working there is the same way not friendly and put me on hold for 10 minutes looking for her app book. This should of gave me a heads up to take him on to Lubbock, but he gets car sick. Lady did not try to really help me much just made an appointment.

If the owner is not aware of what runs a customer off then they do not know there is a problem. I am sure no one really cares a world like that now but you are loosing business, because I would not recommend your clinic to anyone
